The waist is a dropped waist with a v at the center for extra detailing. The long fringe skirt is flirty yet modest and fun for any dancing event. This is an overdress shown over an black silk slip (not included but sold separately). Due to the stretchy mesh, sizing is very flexible. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY OF THIS DRESS. We get these made ourselves so the price is far below retail.
