This is a brand new 1920's style flapper dress! This is a wonderful fringed 20's style flapper dress. It is a nice heavy quality, with wonderful silky fringe that sways when you walk. Wear as a dress or tunic. Tiered vertical rows of fringe that attach to opposite side of vertical rows. No fringe along the back. Back zipper. Fully lined.
