I would absolutely agree with the other reviewer--customer service was fine, but the skirt is not what I was hoping for. The skirt is scratchy enough to be uncomfortable. Unlike the other reviewer, the tag on my skirt says it's a Medium. It is STILL huge on me (I normally wear a size 2-4). I bought this to go with my vintage wedding dress, but it requires a balancing act to keep it on my hips and looks assymetrically bulky around my hips/waist. I ignored the other reviewer's comments and gambled on this nonreturnable skirt because they had it in the color (pink) I wanted. I'm buying a white crinoline from another store that specifies sizing (for $20 cheaper!) and dying it if I still want some color underneath my dress... Gamble with caution. :(

I ordered the white petticoat. While the customer service I recieved during the ordering process was GREAT, the petticoat is not. The description mentioned a "nylon organza underskirt to prevent scratchiness" (I think that's how it's worded) I'm telling you that my slip had NO underskirt!!! So it was as scratchy as can be. "One size fits most"...believe me, this statement does NOT include ladies who wear a dress size 4-6. The waistband sits on my lower hips, and I had to safety-pin the waistband to make it smaller so the slip wouldn't slide right off. Also, the tag inside my slip's waistband clearly says size "L", so I think that the company must just order one size and sell it to everybody. The overall look of the crinoline under the dress I ordered is lumpy and uneven, probably partially because of the fact that it is just WAY TOO BIG for me. And non-returnable, I might add, so order with caution...
