This is a fabulous authentic vintage 40's style sweetheart tulle party gown with a full swing skirt and a cinched waist. There is a thick tulle halter strap that lightly covers shoulders. There is a delicate tonal floral trim along the skirt. Boning in the bodice with a side metal zipper. Shown with a tulle crinoline slip.
