This is a beautiful vintage piece! It is a gorgeous blue taffeta material. The scoop neck creates mini cap sleeves. There is no need for a petticoat with this dress! The full swing skirt has a built in crinoline slip. The bodice has a belt with a rhinestone brooch. There is light yellowing at the under arms otherwise great vintage condition. Back metal zipper. Modeled by Mai Vo. Make up by RockMyMakeUp. Size: Bust 34". Waist 25". Hips Open. Length 45". Size Small.
