This is a fun black and white gingham cotton dress. It has tank style straps, is fitted through the bodice, and black buttons down the center front. The skirt has two large pleats to help it flare out a bit. There are white scallops framing the contouring princess seams and a center back zipper. Made in the U.S.A.
