Fab or Drab Fridays: June 6

That’s right, darlings! We are back and more fabulously opinionated than ever! Put those finishing touches on your foundation and tighten your girdle – let’s peek in on some starlets, shall we?

This week, we’re taking a little trip to the CFDA Awards in NYC! If the theme was “drama,” then these ladies nailed it. Well, most of them. It’s two rights and a wrong!

Chanel Iman in Monique Lhuillier

Was Chanel channeling her inner 1930s femme fatale? We think so, dames! Like Dietrich or Harlow before her, this supermodel was positively exquisite in a bold black number! Complete with intricate beadwork, a plunging neckline and sensational set of sleeves? She’s the dame in all of us! As per usual, hair and makeup look fabulously flawless.

Blake Lively in Michael Kors

Nancy Sinatra is somewhere seething with rage, gals. While we adore a 60s sex kitten look on a girl, Blake appears as though she got lost on her way to her Playboy Bunny interview.  Her hair looks big and divine but her dress looks like it belongs to a depressed ice-skater. Better luck next time, dear!

Coco Rocha in Christian Siriano

Supermodel supreme, Coco Rocha, stole the show and served us some 1955 Dovima! From the stark black and white to a little awe-worthy haberdashery, the gal put her best heeled foot forward this evening.  Drama, darlings. That is how you bring drama.

Thoughts? Did Chanel positively stun? Did Blake ever get to her interview? And did Coco manage to drop a few jaws? Shimmy to the comment section below and start firing away!  We need opinions like we need cocktails! Ready? Go!
