“Our ability to accessorize is what separates us from the animals.”Clairee Belcher, Steel Magnolias

Fighting shade with shade has long since been a time honored tradition for decades.  Here at Unique Vintage, we specialize in putting the fabulous back on your face where it belongs.  Any pin-up can tell you that the key to a truly fabulous outfit is all in the accessories.  Throw on your heels and come walk with us as we take a peek at this seasons latest and greatest in eyewear.

The Tortoise Marilyn

Ms. Monroe’s iconic set of shades, in a stunning Tortoise for all occasions.  Perfect for dark ensembles asking for a hint of color, or fantastic contrast against bright swimsuits.

The Black & Clear Pink Good Girl

Reminiscent of Audrey Hepburn’s iconic “Breakfast At Tiffany’s,” this all black pair of sunglasses is the perfect retro addition to your collection of 60’s eyewear.  Pair them with a cocktail dress for an early evening garden party for an extra splash of Holly Golightly.

The Contessa

Perhaps our favorite addition to our selection of retro sunglasses, the Contessa is available in three cheeky colors- just in time for Spring.  A solid black is a dark contrast to the white’s of the season, whereas a cool Turquoise is perfect for a day in the sand.  But nothing spells Summer quite like a pair of red hot sunglasses.  Take your pick- all roads point to fabulous.

The Brown Daria

Our Daria retro sunglasses are the perfect addition to any flower child’s wardrobe.  An oaky brown is rounded out for a Mod touch to any outfit.  Follow the footsteps of Twiggy and our Factory Girl, Edie Sedgewick in a pair of these groovy shades.

The Cat-Eye

And lastly, no Pin-Up is complete without her cat-eye.   While we offer a wide range of colors, the Black Cat-Eye is quintessentially the staple of any retro look.  Pair them with a sweet sweater set or give them a boost of va-va-voom with a killer pair of heels and pedal pushers.
