I am attending a very special outdoor event at the state park in Monterey where my friend tells me the buildings look like the Alamo. I was trying to find something appropriate to wear and your 50's Coral Mexican Wedding Dress looked like a sure thing on your site. Since we all know it is a shot in the dark to order clothing, not to mention vintage, online in relation to fit I held my breath as I took the dress out of the package. You need to know this dress fits me like a glove Katie! It could have been custom made for me, right down to the color which is my friend's favorite. • A very belated thank you for my dress! Dragging myself round bridal shops last summer I began to think I'd never find a wedding dress I liked, thank you for solving my troubles with this lovely 1930s style gown :) I was pretty nervous ordering it online, especially from overseas, but it was stunning. I had some minor alterations done by my dress maker and she couldn't believe how lovely and high quality it was (especially when I told her the price!). • I meant to write you as soon as I received the gorgeous, gorgeous dress, but it arrived (amazingly fast!) right on the evening before we were going on vacation to Belize, so I was rushing around like crazy before getting some sleep...
  
  Anyway, I wanted to let you know how breathtaking the dress is, it literally brought tears to my eyes when I saw myself in it. I can't believe the detail and the delicate touches all over, and the uniquely beautiful shade of ivory. And the best part, it, too, fits me like a glove, just like my beloved crane dress!!! Here I've been hung up on trying to slim down some and tighten up here and there because so many dresses made me feel lumpy and awful, and of course toning up is great if it eventually happens (ha!), but this dress makes me look curvy and streamlined as is!! a miracle. I had also been wondering about bra or liner possibilities, but the dress is also really well lined in the bust!
  
  All in all, I couldn't be happier. I SOOOOO wanted a unique, beautiful, flattering dress and I'd all but either given up or just gone with a sort of traditional one. I'm so glad I checked your website!!

• I found your shop online quite by accident! My daughter loves the 1950's style dresses, and was searching for a dress to wear at her high school formal homecoming dance. We live in rural Pennsylvania (amish land) and the shopping is limited. We came across many sites that sold 1950's dresses, but most were very high priced, and truthfully did not have the full skirt/feminine look that my daughter desired. When I found your shop after using several search engines, my daughter immediately fell in love with many of your dresses. Most, were very reasonably priced as well. We ordered a black and white strapless dress. We ordered this dress over the weekend, and I was shocked to have it arrive today....very speedy, as Sunday and Monday post offices were closed! The dress fits perfectly, and while it said it was shown in the picture with acrinoline which was sold separately, the dress actually did have a small layer of acrinoline sewn in. My daughter saw that the dress was from California, which made her even more excited. My daughter has already had several friends over and introduced them to your store online, they all loved this site soooo much! They could not believe how affordable your clothing is, especially coming from California. I just wanted to let you know how very pleased we are with our purchase. I must admit, when the dress arrived in such a small package I was worried about the dress being wrinkled....it was not!
