Dress of the Month Club Membership Subscription Terms & Conditions:

By purchasing a Membership Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Membership fee at the then-current Membership Subscription rate plus the cost of shipping, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

  • Automatic Monthly Renewals: Once you have subscribed, Unique Vintage will automatically process your Membership Subscription fee each month 24 hours prior to your Dress of the Month shipment. Monthly dress picks will be shipped on or near the 10th of each month. Unique Vintage will continue to automatically process your Membership Subscription fee each month at the then-current Membership Subscription rate without further notice to you or authorization from you, until you cancel your subscription. Please see our Membership Subscription Cancelation Policy below for instructions and rules to canceling your membership.
  • Membership Subscription Shipping Policy: You will be charged shipping charges each month in addition to the Membership Subscription rate. The charges remain stagnant to the cost and method originally chosen at check out when signing up for the Dress of the Month Club Membership Subscription. You may change your shipping option by emailing service@uniquevintage.com with the subject “Membership Subscription Shipping Method” the changes will be effective on the next Dress of the Month billing cycle.
  • Membership Subscription Return Policy: Don’t like the dress you received this month? No problem! We will gladly accept the dress back for Membership Subscription credit. This return credit will be used towards the next months billing cycle; this does not qualify as store credit to our retail site. Shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Membership Subscription Credit: This return credit will be used towards the next months billing cycle; this does not qualify as store credit to our retail site. Shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Dress of the Month Exchange Policy: Due to limited inventory for Dress of the Month club exchanges are not guaranteed. If your exchange request cannot be fulfilled a Membership Subscription credit will be applied. Shipping fees are paid by the customer.
  • Membership Subscription Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Membership at any time by emailing service@uniquevintage.com, with the subject “Membership Subscription Cancellation” If you cancel your Membership Subscription the cancellation will take effect for your next Dress of the Month monthly billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for monthly subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect. Any return credit remaining will be transfer to your UniqueVintage.com account as retail store credit.
