Sales Associate/Bridal Consultant
Unique Vintage is looking for a self motivated, detail oriented person with retail sales experience for this part time position. Candidate must be able to work out of retail store front in Burbank, CA.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Associates are responsible for retail sales, exceptional customer service, ringing up sales, store merchandising, consulting with brides and bridal parties, inventory management and entry.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience in retail sales/customer service
- Bridal salon experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Required to work most weekends and holidays
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Ability to build customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring.
- Handling customer inquiries as it relates to product offerings, pricing and problems
- Meet established sales objectives by selling products and services
- Ability to handle customer escalations in a friendly and effective manner
