The bodice and skirt are covered in this fabulous floral eyelet. With girly ties at the shoulder, there is no going wrong with this dress. The dress has a center back zipper and has two layers of attached tulle to create a built in petticoat. However, the dress is pictured with a black cirnoline slip (sold separately) for extra fullness. Red is the new fabulous!
