Q: The dress pictured looks like it is a different color than the description says it is, what color is it?
A: The dress will be the color that is listed in the title and the description. Please read the title and description to determine the color of the dress. Sometimes the flash of the camera can make a “black” dress look “navy” but if the description says “black”, it is indeed black. Every computer is calibrated differently, so expect some dresses to look slightly different in person.
Q: Do you have a return/exchange policy?
A: Yes, you have 14 days from the day you receive the items to send them back for a refund or to exchange for another size or dress. If your return comes back after the 14 day return policy, you may incur a 15% re-stocking fee or have your return sent back to you at your own expense. If it appears that your dress has been worn and then sent back to us, we will send the dress back to you at your own expense.
Q: I live in another country, can you ship to me?
A: Yes, we ship all over the world! At checkout you will be prompted to choose the “International” shipping method. International shipping starts at $42 USD and can go up depending on the weight of the package and the destination. If shipping is more than $42 USD, we will charge your card on file the difference. It usually take about 7-10 business days to ship internationally. You may incur a customs fee that we do not have any control over.
Q: The dress I ordered says “Backordered” what does that mean?
A: Backordered means that the dress is not in stock yet and we do not have it in our store/warehouse. Your card is charged as soon as you place the order online, so that charge will show on your credit card statement. Please read the description of each dress in its entirety, as it will give you an approximate date that the dress will be back in stock.
Q: The dress I ordered says “Pre-Order” what does that mean?
A: “Pre-Order” means that the item is still in production and we do not have it in stock in our store/warehouse. Some Pre-order dresses that are in production can take up to 6-8 weeks for them to arrive. Your card is charged as soon as you place the order online, so that charge will show on your credit card statement. Please read the description of each dress in its entirety, as it will give you an approximate date that the dress will be in stock.
Q: Do you have a return/exchange policy?
A: First, make sure that you are within the 14 day return/exchange policy. You can ship the item back whichever shipping method is easiest for you, via United States Post Office, Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, etc. Make sure you include a copy of the invoice and check the exchange box on the invoice. Note which size and item number you would like in exchange. If the dress is more expensive than your original order, we will charge your card on file. If it is less, we will refund your card on file.
Q: I am not sure what size to order, how should I decide?
A: We suggest going by the measurements listed, not the number size of the dress. Even if you usually wear a size “8”, make sure you choose the size that is closest to your measurements.
Q: I am in-between sizes, which one should I order?
A: We suggest reading the description of the dress, in its entirety, because it will usually state whether the dress runs small or large. If it runs small, go up to the larger size, if it runs big, go to the smaller size.
Q: Do you have all of the dresses in the store that are listed online?
A: Many of the dresses are in the store, but some of the designer dresses are special order and not in the store. We suggest calling and making sure the dress and the size you want are in stock, before you make a special trip here. We can do our best to get the dress in stock if we have a 2-4 days notice.
Q: What methods of payment do you take?
A: You can pay via any major credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. You can also use your PayPal account, or send a Money order.
Q: If I pay for overnight shipping, will I get my order tomorrow?
A: We ask for a 48 hour handling time so that means you need to add 48 hours to the shipping time you paid for. If you need something absolutely, positively overnight, please call and make sure your item is in stock and ready to ship that day.
Q: Do you hold items?
A: No, I'm sorry we do not hold items.
