This delightful Rhinestone & Feather Fascinator with Birdcage Veil was made by California Designer Topsy Turvy Design. It was handcrafted using lush, glossy-black coque feathers and a bead and rhinestone deco three petal applique. Attached is a black birdcage veil & a sturdy french clip to keep it in place. This fascinator just oozes nostalgia & would be perfect for any burlesque, rockabilly, glamour puss, pin up, or flapper look! The feather piece measures 4.75" across & 3.5" tall
