Walnut burl veneer is knotty and rich in color and variation. Some is light, some is dark, and every shade of walnut in between. We veneer high quality plastic frames with REAL WOOD veneer. These glasses are classic and durable, great for men and women. PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING SOLID WOOD GLASSES The glasses are sealed and waterproof, although you shouldn't submerge them completely in water. The lenses are UV protected and dark in color.
