Peacock Feather and Brown Satin Flapper Headband

This delightful Peacock Feather and Satin Headband was made by California Designer Topsy Turvy Design. It was handcrafted using peacock feathers and golden applique. A brown satin thick ribbon wraps around the head and ties in the back and can be worn across the head or as a headband. This just oozes nostalgia & would be perfect for any burlesque, rockabilly, glamour puss, pin up,or flapper look!
