This petticoat slip is a great alternative to our tulle tea length crinolines, especially if you want the full 50's swing look but without the petticoat peeking out from beneath the dress! This petticoat crinoline slip is two layers of polyester and nylon tulle creating a full, swing skirt effect. Petticoat has an elastic waistband that stretches up to a 34" waist and peticoat measures 22" in length.
