This is the beautiful 1940's inspired Queen Of Heartz short sleeve Divine dress. The bodice has pleating at the shoulders, short sleeves that cover the shoulders, and a v-neckline with attached neck tie. The empire waist follows with a slightly flared a-line skirt.
