This is a DEVINE flapper style dress for your consideration. It is a jet black color with generous silver deco style beading. It has a interesting blue ribbon detail along the dropped waist. It has the fabulous sectional carwash hem that sways as you move. This dress is of excellent quality, heavy and luxurious. Fully lined with built in cups and comes with a matching scarf.

This dress is amazing! It is very substantial and well made. The beading is superb quality. I ordered a large and the measurements were perfect. I'm rather short, so the straps were a bit too long, but they were really easy to take in. I absolutely cannot wait to wear this to a Roaring 20's wedding in a few weeks!...
