This is one of my favorite Stop Staring dresses! I usually buy the wiggle dresses and this was my first venture to a dress that has a swing skirt. I am somewhat "hippy" so I usually avoid anything that will make my hips look bigger, this dress has the perfect amount of swing but not so much it that it adds bulk in the hip area. It is lightweight, comfortable, fits nicely in the bust and is prettie...
