These are a fabulous pair of fringe hot shorts. They create the look of a skirt. It is a nice heavy quality, with wonderful silky fringe that sways when you walk. I was so excited about potentially wearing this for a burlesque dance showcase at my dance studio. However, these shorts didn't even slide up all the way on my thighs because the strips that the fringes are hanging from (they go horizontal on the shorts) are non-stretchable. So even if I had fit into these shorts I probably wouldn't have been able to dance in them let alone move in them at all....
