This is a gorgeous, unique prom dress! The bust is fitted with a slight sweetheart neckline. The empire waist is cinched with a taffeta band centered with a rhinestone brooch . The skirt is a short to long bubble style training to floor length in the back. Available in size XS - 3XL while supplies last.
