This is the perfect little cocktail dress, with the perfect mix of style and sass! It is a short strapless dress with a black sequined bodice. Layers of black tulle make up the flirty skirt. Taffeta waistband with decorative flower at waist. Sweetheart neckline. Bodice is boned with cup inserts for ultimate support. Back zipper. Hand beaded. Comes with matching scarf. i'm 5'3" and it comes a couple inches above the knee.
not too short at all.
