Unique Vintage uses FEDEX for domestic deliveries.
For P.O. Box and APO addresses, we use the United States Post Office.
Shipping charge for orders within the United States:
Ground (5-8 days) is a flat rate of $12.00
3 Day Air (3-4 days) starts at $18.00 and may go up slightly with heavy orders.
2 Day Air (2-3 days) starts at $22.00 and may go up slightly with heavy orders.
Overnight shipping starts at $34.00 and may go up slightly with heavier orders. Overnight orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. pacific standard time in order for them to arrive the next business day.
Canada/Alaska/Hawaii orders will ship via USPS Express Mail for $28.00.
Note: Delivery times do not count weekends and Saturday delivery is only available by special request with an extra fee.
SATURDAY DELIVERY: IF YOU WANT THIS OPTION, YOU WILL NEED TO WRITE THAT IN THE COMMENTS SECTION OF THE CHECKOUT PROCESS AND BE WILLING TO PAY THE ASSOCIATED FEES. Otherwise, a 2 day air order that goes out on Thursday, will not arrive until Monday.

Returns: If you would like to return your order, it must be delivered back to us within 14 days of the day you receive it (or a we may reject the return or apply a 15% restocking fee, at our discretion).
NOTE: For P.O. Boxes, APO, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Virgin Island addresses, we use the United States Post Office.
If you would like to return your order, it must be delivered back to us within 14 days of the day you receive your order. 30 days for international customers.
You can choose to request a refund (minus shipping), make an exchange or choose to hold a store credit with us. Simply jot a note on your invoice directing us what you are requesting and include it in your return.
EXCHANGE POLICY: We encourage you to take a store credit or exchange instead of return. So, we offer free shipping back for your exchange request. Simply use the same box we sent to you, tape our label on the front (provided with your original invoice) and send back your item with a note requesting your exchange choice and we will pay for it to be sent back to you (domestic customers only, sorry!!) If there is a price difference between the exchange, we will either charge or refund your card, whichever is called for to complete your exchange request. If you are an international customer, we will charge your original card for the cost to ship your exchange.
REFUNDS: We offer full refunds (minus shipping) when your order is received back to our location within 14 days from the day you received your order. RETURNS MUST INCLUDE THE ORDER RECEIPT. We will refund your original card and you will receive an email receipt of your refund. Please allow 3-4 day for us to process a return and credit your account. It often takes 5-7 days for your refund to be reflected on your statement.
LATE RETURNS: If your return is received within one week after the 14 day return policy (our 7 day Grace Period) we will accept the return but a 15% restocking fee will apply. If later than 21 days a 50% restocking fee will apply. If your return is received past 30 days of the day you received your order, the return will be REJECTED and your package will be sent back to you at your own expense and the shipping expense charged to your credit card.
DAMAGED RETURNS: We check our return merchandise carefully and if the item sent back appears worn, has odors (i.e.smoke/perfume), stains, deoderant makeup, tags removed, etc., it will be sent back to you at your own expense and the shipping expense charged to your credit card.
PLEASE NOTE: When ordering several items to try on with intentions of sending most back, please limit your selection to 3 dresses. Returns of over 3 items will be charged a $25 restocking fee per item, regardless if they are received back in time. Please remember, we are a small business and can’t afford to lend out product.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Some designer name brands such as Sherri Hill, Terani, Alyce Designs and Interlude have a 15% restocking fee for all returns. This will be written right in the description of the particular dress so that it is clear.
Currently there is only one option for international shipping via USPS of $38.00. Shipping time is generally 5-10 days. Your country may charge you customs duties, which we have no control over. Your order could randomly be held by customs which may delay the delivery of your order. This is of course out of our control. Please keep these things in mind when ordering internationally.
Please choose the international shipping option when ordering if you are outside of the U.S. If you choose the wrong U.S. shipping option and you are an international customer, we will charge your card the difference in price of the shipping and ship out your order.
International shipping starts at $38.00. Because weight and international shipping prices vary, occasionally shipping charges for large orders will go up slightly. In that case, we will charge your card the difference when your order is shipped.
Customs Fees
International orders may incur a customs fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the customs and import duties. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. If you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
Canadian Customs: Anything over $20.00 CAD will be subject to customs fees. Taxes, PST & GST, will vary based on the province to which the items are shipped. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and is determined by Customs.
Australian Customs: Australian duties, taxes and brokerage fees on items shipped to Australia are established by Australian Customs. Customs Duty is charged on the purchase price of the goods. The standard rate of duty on clothing is 25%, however, this may vary. GST is charged on the total of the purchase price, plus the customs duty, plus the freight and insurance paid or payable for transporting the goods. The current GST is 10% and is subject to change.
UK Customs: UK duties, taxes and brokerage fees on items shipped to the UK are established by UK Customs. Customs Duty is charged on the purchase price of the goods and can be as high as 30% of the total purchase price. Most goods arriving in the UK from outside the EU are liable to any or all of these charges: Customs Duty; Excise Duty, Import V.A.T charges, Brokerage Surcharges.

That means, the dress is not in stock. All orders will be shipped when they arrive.
Taxes: Tax is only charged to California residents at 8.25%. Everyone else lucks out!
Stock: Although we have most of our merchandise in stock, occasionally out of stocks occur. We notify the customer within 24 hours if their item is out of stock and can often give an estimated arrival time. At that time, the customer can choose to wait or simply request a refund.
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WHEN:
Item is in its original condition and unworn.
Item is returned within 14 days of receipt (30 days for international customers).
Please include your receipt with your return.
When all of these criteria are met, we will issue you a refund (shipping charges are non-refundable).
