We are a retailer of fine vintage inspired dresses. Every dress runs differently. We measure every dress ourself so please note the individual sizing for each dress that you are interested in. The best way to find your size is to take your measurements and compare. The following is a general size chart that we often by:

As you know, vintage clothing has had a previous life and is almost never perfect. We do our very best to describe each item accurately and will always note the flaws that we find. Occasionally we will miss one and in that case you are welcome to return your item for a refund. The following is a condition chart that we have adapted to simplify your shopping experience.

VINTAGE CONDITION RATING CHART
Mint/Perfect	RARE. No flaws.
Excellent	Minimal wear/ minor flaws which do not compromise the item.
Very Good	Noted minor flaws, easily repairable, wearable as purchased.
Good	Noted minor flaws, most likely repairable, wearable after repair.
Fair	Numerous noted flaws, some significant, possibly reparable/wearable.

Sizing Notes

SIZING

Because sizing varies, our vintage evening dresses and other clothing is measured by inches, rather than the standard sizes used by modern vintage inspired dress. The best way to ensure a bridesmaid dress or other item will fit is to get your measurements

MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of the bust and back.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of the waist.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Length: Measure from the top of your shoulder.

REMEMBER

We have measured the flapper or swing dress, not your body. One option is to measure a similar dress at home. If the measurements match, the item will probably fit.
