This is a beautiful prom dress! The bodice is fully pleated with a hater strap start at the center and goes around the neck. The empire waist is cinched with a sateen band, there is a silver rhinestone brooch in the center. The chiffon skirt slits at the center showing the sateen skirt underneath.
