A true classic reproduction piece, this soft peachy pink cotton swing dress is so much fun! It has a great 50's swing style with a halter style neckline. Ruched, elasticized sides for a great fit. Some stretch to the fabric. Bodice has a shelf style, with pleats and is boned for a fabulous fit. Back metal zipper. This is an actual reproduction of an 1950's Alfred Shaheen classic, with only the thick halter strap added for a feminine touch. This dress will be continually restocked. I ordered 3 of these dresses for my bridesmaids. I love the style of the dress, but this dress is NOT as pink as the photo shows. The dress is more of a peach color. I am not very happy that my bridesmaids will be wearing peach instead of pink, but really do not want to forfeit the 15% (really???) re-stocking fee for the dresses to send them back. Not to mention, I cannot return the crimline slips...

I just received this dress and I love it! It looks great on, and fits my very large chest quite nicely, while still nipping right in at the waist! As other commenters have mentioned, it's not nearly as 'pink' as it looks in the photo, it's definitely more of a peachy shade.
