The Original pomade. Holds like a wax, but washes out like a gel! Originally developed to replace the wax that greasers would use in the So. Cal Rock-abilly scene. Water-based Layrite pomade has a hi-sheen and when properly applied will hold stronger than most waxes and wont be so quick to soften-up in the sun. Donʼt forget about the scent! Can you put your finger on it? It is nice though, isnʼt it! Because it is water-based, Layrite pomade is versatile - you control the strength of hold and sheen simply by adding water. Layrite pomade will dilute with the amount of moisture in your hair which allows you to control its powers. Women use it for bangs, parts, pony tails, or with a flat iron.
