International Returns

Return Instructions

At this time Alaska, Hawaii, Military and International orders do not qualify for a prepaid return label. All returns will be processed as refunds, exchanges are not available at this time. Follow the steps below to return your order.

  1. Highlight the items you are returns on your packing slip.
  2. Package up your order, please be sure to use secure packaging. All shoe boxes must be in perfect condition, you MAY NOT use the shoe box as a shipping package, it will need to go inside another box or bag for shipping.
  3. Ship your packages using any trackable method you wish to the address below.
