Unique Vintage Return Policy

  • Items must be postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, with all tags attached.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Shoes have a 10% Restocking fee.
  • Final Sale item will not be accepted back for a refund or exchange.
  • Items eligible for return may be sent back for a refund or exchange.

Free Returns & Exchanges + Package Protection

When you opt-in for Free Returns & Exchanges at checkout, your will qualify for free returns and exchanges, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE through our online return portal.

Final Sale Items are excluded and still do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Package Protection covers all order shipments from Unique Vintage to the shipping address on the order. Coverage includes; packages lost in transit, missing or damaged items, mis-delivered packages based on the address given on the order. Package Protection does not cover the shipment of returns.

If you decide not to purchase Free Returns & Exchanges, you can still return your items but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. We offer a return shipping label, the will be deducted from your refund amount or for exchanges the fee will be charged at the point of exchange initiation

If you use your own return label the return label fee will not be deducted from your refund. Please return to the address below:
